Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 pound shredded coconut

Preparation
Step 1
mix 1 unbeaten egg white with sugar, syrup and flour. add coconut gradually and then the second egg white that has been beaten stiff. fold in.
place by spoonful on a well-greased cookie sheet and bake in preheated 400 degree oven for about 10 minutes. grease a spatula and slip it under the cookies to remove them from the pan to cool.
