Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 cup mashed banana
• 1 1/2 cup all bran
• 1/2 cup softened butter
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt

in second bowl, combine mashed bananas and cereal, let stand 2 minutes.

in large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar. beat in eggs and cereal mixture. stir in flour mixture and nuts.

spread in greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
