Ingredients
- 8 oz Fusili pasta
- 2 salad cucumbers, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp Parmesan
- 6 oz tomatoes, cherry or large, cubed
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup black olives, cut in half

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta for 8-10 minutes in lightly salted water until al dente; drain.
Place pasta in bowl and cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, olives, basil, mustard and wine vinegar. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
