- 4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups chopped apples
- 1 cup nuts (optional)

Step 1
Combine all ingredients. Pour into 2 bread pans. Sprinkle sugar on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
