Sausage and Egg Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups herbed crutons
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 3/4 lb link sausage - fried and cut
- 6-8 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1 cup mushroom soup with 1 cup water

Preparation
Step 1
Grease rectangular pan.
Layer crutons, top with cheese and sausage, beat eggs, milk and mustard together and pour over crutons, refrigerate until the morning. Put soup and water mixture on top and put crutons on top.
Bake 45 minutes in a 300 degree oven.
