Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 large apple, peeled, cored and grated
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
- 12 small red potatoes, cleaned
- 1 1/2 cups Krrrrisp Kraut sauerkraut, drained, rinsed and packed.
- 1 lb. Hillshire farm smoked beef sausage or kielbasa, cut into 3 ince pieces

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in skillet; add onion and green pepper and cook until tender. Add app0le, brown sugar, caraway seeds, potatoes, and sauerkraut; mix well. Place sausage on top of sauerkraut mixture.
Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 30 minutes.
