Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp. Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Dried Marjoram Leaves
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Sage
- 1 Pork Tenderloin ( about 1 lb. )
- 36 Slices ( 1/4-1/2 in. thick ) Baguette- Style French Bread
- 1/4 C. Dijon Mustard
- 3/4 C. Apple-Cranberry Chutney ( from 8.5 oz. jar )
- 1/3 C. Crumbled Blue or Goat Cheese
- Fresh Marjoram Leaves

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 425. In a sm. bowl, mix seasoned salt, garlic pepper, marjoram and sage. Rub mixture over pork. Place pork in ungreased shallow roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer so tip is in thickest part of pork. Bake uncovered 20-25 min. or till thermometer reads 155. Cover pork with foil & let stand 10-15 min. till thermometer reads 160. Meanwhile, reduce oven temp. to 375. Place bread slices in ungreased pan. Bake about 5 min. or till crisp; cool. Cut pork into very thin slices. Spread each bread slice with about 1/4 tsp. mustard. Top each with a thin slice of pork, 1 tsp. chutney, about 1/2 tsp. cheese & marjoram leaves.
