- 2 TBS BUTTER
- 1 ONION, CHOPPED
- 2 STALKS CELERY DICED
- 1/4 CUP GREEN PEPPER CHOPPED
- 1 tsp CHILI POWDER
- 1 CAN TOMATO SOUP
- 1 AND 1/2 CUPS UNCOOKED RICE
- 1 AND 1/2 CUPS WATER
- 1 CLOVE GARLIC

Step 1
BROWN PORK CHOPS AND SET ASIDE. SAUTE ONION, CELERY AND GREEN PAPPER IN BUTTER. GREASE A 2 QT CASSEROLE DISH. MIX SOUP, RICE, WATER, CHILI POWDER AND GARLIC IN CASSEROLE. ADD VEGETABLE. PLACE CHOPS ON TOP.
COVER AND BAKE FOR 1 HOUR AT 350 DEGREES
