Crab Meat Fun

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
• 1/2 tsp. powdered garlic
• 1/2 tsp Lowry seasoned salt
• 8 oz imitation crabmeat
• 6 English Muffins, halved

Preparation

Step 1

Soften butter and cheese. Mix all ingredients except English Muffins. Place muffins on cookie sheet and cover with spread. Cut into bite size pieces. Place in freezer. Then may be kept in plastic bag. When ready to serve. place as many as needed under broiler until cheese bubbles - about 7 min.
