Herb & Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Loosley packed fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup Loosley packed fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta (2oz)
- 4 small chicken breasts halves

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F. Combine parsley & rosemary in food processor until chopped. Add cheese and garlic. Process until finely chopped. Add feta. Process until mixture forms a paste.
Lay chicken flat and place cheese mixture in middle of chicken, roll and secure with cooking twine.
Place in shallow roasting pan. Sprinkle pepper. Bake 40 - 45 min or until chicken is no longer pink.
