Ingredients
- 1 pkg of hot Jimmy Dean sausage
- 1 can Rotell original or hot
- 1 8oz pkg of creak cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Brown the sausage, lower heat to med. low, add in sliced cream cheese. Once mixture is creamy add mostly drained Rotel. Cook for 6 or 7 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve hot w/ tortilla chips.
