Ingredients
- 3 cups sifted flour
- 1 T baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Sift dry ingredients and add coconut.
Mix thoroughly.
Combine liquid ingr and stir into dry ingr.
Blend carefully,
Let stand 20 minutes.
Pour into well greased loaf pan.
Bake 350 for 40-45 minutes
Try sliced and toasted...Delicious:)
