Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pkg(8oz) diced celery and onions
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 qt(8cups) turkey stock
- 2 cans(15.5 oz each) cannellini beans
- 1 medium(about 1/2 lb)green peppers, diced small(about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 medium(about 1/2 lb) sweet red pepper,diced small(about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 cup (6oz) cooked turkey or deli turkey, diced small
- 1/4 cup heavy cream

Preparation
Step 1
melt butter and olive oil in large stockpot on medium, until oil/butter mixture faintly smokes. add celery and onions. cook, stirring occasionally, 4-5 min, until translucent but not brown. Stir in flour, chili powder, cumin, and cayenne. Cook 1 minute, stirring continuously.
add stock. bring to simmer;simmer 10 minutes. Add cannellini beans, peppers, turkey, heavy cream, and salt and pepper to taste; simmer 2-3 min until heated through. ladle into warmed bowls.
