Salmon Cobb Salad with Light Dill Dressing

Ingredients
- Salad:
- 6 tbs. low-fat buttermilk
- 4 tbs. light mayonnaise
- 2 tbs. minced shallot
- 1 1/2 tbs. chopped fresh dill
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp . salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 cups romaine lettuce leaves, torn into bite-size pieces
- 4 hard - boiled eggs
- 4 ounces smoked or grilled salmon, flaked into bite - size chunks
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled

Preparation
Step 1
In medium bowl combine dressing ingredients with a whisk. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
Place lettuce pieces in a large salad bowl. Coarsely chop eggs and sprinkle on top of lettuce. Top with salmon, avocado and bacon bits.
Drizzle dressing over top and toss salad to blend well.
