Bleu Cheese Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon blue cheese (1/2 triangle of Saga Blue)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon butter
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1/4 cup parmesan
- 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled.
- 1/4 cup corn, shaved off of cob
- pistachio nuts (optional)
- 1 pound linguini or Fettuccine, cooked

Preparation
Step 1
In sauce pan melt butter and bleu cheese, but do not clarify. When smooth add heavy cream. Bring to a boil and then reduce by one quarter. Add in parmesan and cook to consistency. Add bacon, corn and pistachio nuts. Add milk and cook for 3-4 minutes until thick.
Pour over pasta and toss.
