- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries, thawed, pureed
- 12 small fresh strawberries

PLACE meat, mushrooms, onions and garlic in slow cooker
- 2 lb. boneless beef for stew, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 10 oz. mushrooms, halved
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) egg noodles, uncooked
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Red Curry - Thai Kitchen Recipe

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium heat
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Thai Kitchen® Red Curry Paste
- 1 can (13.66 ounces) Thai Kitchen® Coconut Milk
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Thai Kitchen® Premium Fish Sauce
- 1 pound boneless chicken, beef, pork or duck, cut into bite-size pieces
- 3 cups assorted cut-up vegetables, such as bell peppers, onions, carrots and sugar snap peas
- 2 tablespoons julienne-cut fresh basil
- Cooked Thai Kitchen® Jasmine Rice (optional)

1. Pre-heat oven to 350º and line a baking sheet with parchment
- 2 Cup all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
