Cut peppers in half. Remove seeds and membranes
- 25 jalapeno peppers
- 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 Tbl. milk
- Italian seasoned bread crumbs, finely crushed
