JAPANESE PIE

- 2/3 stick melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 whole eggs, beaten
- 1 TBS. vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup nuts
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup coconut
- pie crust
WHITE CHRISTMAS CHILI

- 8 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 TBS oil
- 2 14.5oz cans chicken broth
- 4 15oz cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 4.5oz cans chopped green chilis, undrained(OPTIONAL)
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp red pepper
THREE BERRIES PIE

Preheat oven to 450. Gently toss the berries with a mixture of cornstarch and white grape juice in a bowl
- prepared pie crust
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen (thawed), unsweetened sliced strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen (thawed), blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen (thawed), raspberries
- 3 TBS cornstarch
- 1/4 cup white grape juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 TBS unsalted butter, cut into slices

- drained chopped and cores cut off if needed
- 2-1/2 cups chopped green peppers
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 small bunch green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup + 1TBS white vinegar
- 1/3 cup tomato paste (optional)
- 5 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 3-4 cups green and red cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1 TBS. cilantro (dried) or 3/4 cup fresh
- 2 large cans (16oz.) pineapple tidbits and/or crushed
- drained, but reserving juice until ready to put in jars

In small bowl, stir together dip ingredients
- Creamy Herb Dip
- 1/2 cup sour cream or crème fraîche
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 3 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- 3 t ablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
- Vegetable Platter
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 14 grape tomatoes
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 1/2 cups fresh cauliflower florets
- 3/4 oz (about 40) pretzel sticks (from 15-oz bag)

- 1/4 lb. sliced or chopped pepperoni
- 1 can black olives, chopped
- 1 small jar green olives, chopped
- 6 to 8 oz. mozzarella, provolone, munster cheeses,
- chopped
- 1/2 small onion, chopped very fine
- 1 tomato, chopped or more if desired
- may use cherry tomatoes also
