  • 8 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 TBS oil
  • 2 14.5oz cans chicken broth
  • 4 15oz cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 4.5oz cans chopped green chilis, undrained(OPTIONAL)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper

Preheat oven to 450. Gently toss the berries with a mixture of cornstarch and white grape juice in a bowl

  • 1 small bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup + 1TBS white vinegar
  • 1/3 cup tomato paste (optional)
  • 5 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 3-4 cups green and red cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 TBS. cilantro (dried) or 3/4 cup fresh
  • 2 large cans (16oz.) pineapple tidbits and/or crushed
  • drained, but reserving juice until ready to put in jars
