- 1 can or 2 small jars artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

ROMANIAN NOODLE AND PORK CASSEROLE

- 1 lb. fine noodles
- 1 lb. ground cooked pork
- 1 slice bread which has been soaked in milk and wrung out
- 1 minced leek
- 1 tsp. fennel seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup cream
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
CREAMY MUSTARD PARMESAN DIP

PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE

- 7 slices reduced-fat cooked crisp bacon OR turkey bacon
- 6 oz. Gruyere cheese
- 3/4 cup Egg Beaters
- 3/4 cup Half-n-Half cream
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 tsp. dehydrated onion flakes (or 1 small onion
- chopped)
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped (optional)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 deep dish pie shell
CONNIE'S CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups unsifted flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts, optional
RED BEET EGGS
