- Crumb Topping:
- 3/4 cup melted butter (1 1/2 sticks)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 beaten eggs (just whip them up with a fork)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (no need to thaw if they're frozen)
- 1/2 cup blueberry pie filling
- 2 cups plus 1 tablespoon flour (no need to sift)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 cup softened butter (1/2 stick)

- 3 cups water
- 1 tablespoon instant beef or chicken bouillon granules (double=4 cubes)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup frozen cheese tortellini
- 1-8oz can tomatoes (or tomato sauce)
- 1 small zucchini, halved length-wise and thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsely (optional)
Chicken, Black Bean, and Arugula Salad

In a large bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper
- 1/4 t each: garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, paprika, kosher salt, ground black pepper
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 t finely grated lime zest
- 2 T fresh lime juice
- 1 T hot sauce, such as Cholula
- 1/4 C extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded, skin discarded (about 4 cups)
- 1 (5 oz) bag baby arugula
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 C cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 C (loosely packed) chopped cilantro
- 1/4 C finely chopped red oinion
- 1 scallion, chopped
- 1/2 serrano or jalapeno pepper, seeded and thinly sliced

- 2 t fresh thyme
- 2 t fresh rosemary
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1 1/2 t Kosher salt
- 3/4 t freshly ground pepper
- 1 flank steak
- 2 T olive oil
- 3 C assorted whole grapes
- 2 shallots
- 1-2 T white balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 C freshly crumbled blue cheese

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tblspn worsecter sauce
- 2 tspn chili powder
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup bottled chili sauce
- 2 tblspn vinegar
Cheddar Beef Enchiladas

This recipe makes two casseroles of five to six enchiladas each
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 Envelope Taco Seasoning
- 1 Cup Water
- 2 Cups Cooked Rice
- 1 Can Refried Beans (16 oz)
- 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese (8 oz)
- 10-12 Flour Tortillas (8 inch)
- 1 Jar Salsa (16 oz)
- 1 Can Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup, undiluted (10 3/4 oz)
