Soy Ginger Chicken Kabobs

Cut up chicken breast into 1-inch chunks, combine with marinade ingredients in a shallow bowl
- Marinade:
- 2 pounds chicken breast
- 12 bamboo skewers (presoaked in water)
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1/2 fresh pineapple
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh garlic minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
Cheesy Lasagna Stuffed Peppers

1 Heat oven to 375°F. Cut tops off peppers; discard tops
- 4 red or orange bell peppers
- 1/2 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 2/3 cups milk
- 1 box Hamburger Helper® four cheese lasagna
- 1/4 cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend or mozzarella cheese (1 oz)
- Crushed red pepper flakes, if desired
Chicken and Pasta with Creamy Basil Sauce

1 Cook pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli during last 4 minutes of cook time; drain
- 3 cups uncooked bow-tie (farfalle) pasta
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic-pepper blend
- 1 cup chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 small red bell pepper, chopped
- 3/4 cup Fat Free plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)
- 3 to 4 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves or 1 teaspoon dried basil

- 1 pkg. (7 oz.) GOYA® Chocolate Maria Cookies
- 6 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
- 1½ quarts vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 1 pkg. (14 oz.) frozen GOYA® Strawberry Fruit Pulp, thawed
- 6 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 6 oz. heavy cream
- ½ pint strawberries, hulled and halved (for garnish)

- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
