Honey Baked Spiral Ham

Preheat oven to 275°. Place ham in roasting pan, cut side down
- 1/3 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 orange, juice of
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Campfire S'Mores Cookies

Cream together butter and sugar until incorporated, and then add eggs and vanilla
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 + c. flour (I needed to add a bit more)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. milk chocolate chips (or one giant Hershey's bar, chopped)
- 1 c. mini marshmallows
Oat, Apple & Raisin Muffins

Combine currants or raisins with apple, egg, oil, milk and sugar in a medium mixing bowl
- 1 c. Sun-Maid Zante Currants or Sun-Maid Natural Raisins
- 1 c. apple, cored, peeled and chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. oil
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. quick-cooking oats, uncooked
- 2 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 t. nutmeg
- 2 t. cinnamon
- 1/4 t. allspice
- 2 T. brown sugar, packed
Guinness and Bailey's Irish Cream Cupcakes

1. To make cupcakes: Preheat oven to 350
- Guinness chocolate cupcakes:
- 1 cup stout beer/ Guinness
- 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 large eggs
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- Bailey's ganache filling:
- 8 oz. bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon butter, room temperature
- 2 tsp. Irish whiskey OR Bailey's Irish cream
- Bailey's buttercream frosting:
- 8 tablespoon unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3-4 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 4-8 tablespoons Bailey's Irish cream
- (I also used some half & half to thin the frosting out w/o adding more alcohol)

Spicy Sesame Noodles with Chopped Peanuts and Thai Basil

- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 2 tablespoons minced peeled fresh ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons Asian sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon (or more) hot chili oil*
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 pound fresh Chinese egg noodles or fresh angel hair pasta
- 12 green onions (white and pale green parts only), thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped roasted peanuts
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh Thai basil leaves

In large bowl, mix together 1/3 cup peanut butter, corn syrup and cereal and pat into bottom of two 8-inch pie plat...

- 1/2 cup white corn syrup
- 2 heaping cups crisped rice cereal
- 1/2 gallon vanilla or coffee ice cream, softened (see Note)

- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 2 Tbsp canned green chilies
- 1 cup mild salsa, divided
- 2 cups baby spinach

- 2 1/2 cup coarsely crushed pretzels

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 6 oz box strawberry Jello
- 1 1/3 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups boiling water
