Grands!® Monkey Bread

Heat oven to 350°. Lightly grease 12-cup fluted tube pan with shortening or cooking spray
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cans (16.3 oz each) Pillsbury® Grands!® Homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, if desired
- 1/2 cup raisins, if desired
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
Basil Glazed Chicken

Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt and pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

In an electric mixer, place butter and sugar and beat until light and fluffy
- 1/2 CUP BUTTER
- 1/2 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
- 1 EGG YOLK
- 1/2 TEASPOON ALMOST EXTRACT
- 2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
Strawberry-Rhubarb Mini Pies

1 Heat oven to 450°F. In bowl, place reserved strawberry juice
- 2 cups frozen strawberries, thawed, drained, juice reserved
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 cups frozen chopped rhubarb, partially thawed
- 1 box Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
Not-So-Sweet Frosting

Cook milk and flour until very thick--3 to 4 minutes (so thick you can't stir), COOL COMPLETELY
- 1 cup milk
- 6 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tablespoon cocoa if you want chocolate icing
Red Velvet Triple-Stacked Cupcakes

1 Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan)
- Cupcake:
- 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® German chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa
- 1 bottle (1 oz) red food color (about 2 tablespoons)
- Frosting:
- 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3 to 5 teaspoons milk or water
- 4 cups powdered sugar
Slow Cooker One-pot Honey Garlic Chicken

Combine honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic and spices in bowl and whisk together
- 8 whole chicken thighs (with skin and bone in)
- 1-lb baby red potatoes
- 1 bag baby carrots (16 oz)
- 1 pound green beans, cleaned and trimmed
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Chocolate Malted

In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend on high speed until thoroughly mixed
- Serves: 4
- 3 large scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 bag (7 ounces) chocolate malted milk balls, crushed (see Note)

- 4 cups milk

- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1½ tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- Pinch of salt
- ⅛ teaspoon baking powder
- 1½ tablespoons milk
- ½ an avocado, mashed with a fork
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons mini chocolate chips
