Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip

Make getting ready for football Sunday super easy
- 1 (8-ounce) package Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup FRANK'S RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce or FRANK'S RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce
- 1/2 cup bleu cheese or ranch dressing
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup bleu cheese, crumbled, or your favorite shredded cheese
ALLIGATOR SAUSAGE AND SHRIMP CHEESECAKE

I got this recipe from a cooking class and have loved it ever since
- 1 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- 2/3 cups parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces butter melted
- 28 oz cream cheese - softened
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup smoked gouda grated
- 2 2/3 cup onions - medium dice
- 2 2/3 cup mixed bell peppers (green, red, yellow)
- 2 ounces butter
- 10 ounces alligator sausage (andoulille or smoked sausage okay)
- 2 2/3 cup or 1 lb of shrimp - diced
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tbl Fajita Majic (Paul Prudhomme)
- 1/2 tbl chipotle powder
- chive, parmagiano & creole seasoning for garnish

A California Sun Dry Recipe
- 1 lb frozen chopped spinach, defrosted
- 1/3 lb whole milk mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/3 lb whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup California Sun Dry Tomatoes, well-drained, minced
- 2 tsp California Sun Dry Garlic
- 1 Tbl chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 20 large pasta shells (about 1/2 lb total)
- 2 Tbl Olive oil
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Chocolate Covered Bacon

I know this sounds weird but try it before you judge me
- 12 thick-sliced bacon strips (about 1 pound)
- 12 wooden skewers (12 inches)
- 6 ounces white candy coating, chopped
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon shortening
- Optional toppings: chopped dried apple chips, apricots and crystallized ginger, finely chopped pecans and pistachios, toasted coconut, kosher salt, brown sugar, cayenne pepper and coarsely ground black pepper

- Bread Pudding Ingredients:
- 1 loaf stale French bread -- cut in 2" pieces
- 1 quart milk
- 1/2 cup sugar or brown sugar for more flavor
- 2 tablespoons Amaretto
- 1 cup raisins
- 6 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons VooDoo Dust

When we visit New Orleans we have to make a trip to Copelands so I can have the Bayou Broccoli Balls
- 1 lb Monterey Jack Cheese, finely shredded
- 1/2 lb Colby Cheese, finely shredded
- 1/2 lb cheddar cheese, finely shredded
- 1 lb Broccoli Florets (approx. 1.25 uncooked)
- 1 lb Crispy Bacon (approx. 1.5 lb uncooked)
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt - fine grind
- 1/2 tsp White Pepper
- 2 cups Seasoned Flour (2 cups flour, 2 Tbl Cajun Spice blend)
- 1 1/2 cups egg wash (3-3 eggs and 1 cup water whipped)
- 2 cups Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 gallon Frying Oil
