Fiesta Pinwheels Recipe

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, picante sauce, taco seasoning and garlic powder until smooth
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup picante sauce
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- Dash garlic powder
- 1 can (4-1/2 ounces) chopped ripe olives, drained
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
- 1 cup (4 ounces) finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 8 flour tortillas (10 inches)
- Salsa
Crock Pot Pumpkin Spiced Latte

- 6 cups of milk (I used whole)
- 4-6 cups of strongly brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 3 cinnamon sticks
Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen Shrimp and Grits

I had this meal when I was in Anaheim California for a business trip at the Disneyland Hotel
- Andouille-Parmesan Grits Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 1/4 pound Andouille sausage, diced
- 3 cups low-sodium chicken stock
- 1 cup grits
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Coarse salt, to taste
- Barbeque Shrimp Ingredients:
- 1 pound medium shrimp (about 30 shrimp), peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup shrimp stock (may substitute chicken stock)
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Creole seasoning
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 stick (1/4 pound) unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley, garnish
Bruchetta Appetizer

Great appetizer for an italian dinner
- Olive Paste
- 1 cup pitted ripe olives
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- Tomato Topping
- 2 medium tomatoes (can use red and yellow) -- chopped
- 1/3 cup green onion -- chopped
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Toasts
- 1 loaf Italian or French bread
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Parmesan cheese
Cranberry Sangria - Virgin or Alcohol Version

I served this for Thanksgiving and it was delicious
- 1 bottle sparkling wine OR 1 gallon apple cider {non-alcoholic}
- 1 liter ginger ale
- 32 oz. grape juice
- 32 . oz. cranberry juice
- sliced oranges
- fresh cranberries
Buffalo Chicken Pizza

1. If using classic crust: Heat oven to 425°F
- Olive oil
- 1 can (13.8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated classic pizza crust or 1 can (11 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated thin pizza crust
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 medium sweet onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 3 tablespoons red pepper sauce
- 1 cup diced plum (Roma) tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz)
Amaretto Sauce

I received this recipe from a lady at church
- 6 cups milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 3 cans whole white potatoes, drained
- 3 cans whole kernel corn , drained
- 1 ring smoked beef sausage or polska kielbasa
- 1 cup sauteed celery, onion, and bell peppers
- 2 tablespoons butter
- dash salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
