Kings Hawaiian Baked Ham & Swiss Sandwiches aka Funeral Sandwiches

These sandwiches are so very yummy and great for any get together
- 1 12 pack of King’s Hawaiian Original Rolls
- 1 lb. deli ham, shaved
- 1 lb. Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 teaspoons of poppy seeds
- 1 onion, chopped
Cheeseburger Soup

My sister gave me the recipe
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 medium potatoes peeled and chopped
- 3/4 cup chopped onions
- 3/4 cup diced celery
- 3 Tbl butter or oil
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup flour
- 8 oz. Velvetta Cheese
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp basil
- salt and pepper to taste
- sour cream (optional)
Mommy's Famous Tuna Salad

Growing up my mother always made this for parties and our family loves it
- 2 cans tuna in water (small cans)
- 2 tbl miracle whip
- 2 tbl mustard
- 1 egg hard boiled and chopped
- 1 egg hard boiled and sliced
Easy Eggplant Bake

Found this recipe on Pinterest and loved it
- Sauce:
- 2 Large eggplants, sliced into 1/4 inch thick rounds
- Juice of a lemon
- Oil
- Parmesan cheese - optional for vegan version
- 28oz Can of Tomato, puree
- 1/4 cup Red onion/shallot
- 1 Clove Garlic, minced
- 1 Tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1-2 TBL Fresh herb (thyme, oregano, rosemary, parsley or cilantro), chopped
- A Splash of Oil
- Salt

- 1 can pineapple juice
- 8 cups
- 8 cups water
- 12 ounces 1 can frozen orange juice concentrate -- thawed
- 12 ounces 1 can frozen lemonade concentrate -- thawed
- 4 cups sugar
- 2 envelopes cherry Kool-Aid
- 4 liters Grapefruit or other citrus soda (Sierra Mist)
- 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries (optional)

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 pound pecan halves
Pizza Fondue

This is so good and great for a fondue party or pizza party
- 1/2 pound bulk italian sausage
- 1 cup onions -- chopped
- 2 jars meatless pasta sauce (26 ounces each)
- 4 ounces thinly sliced ham -- finely chopped
- 3 ounces sliced pepperoni -- finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 pound mozzarella cheese -- cubed
- 1 loaf italian bread or french bread -- cubed
