  • ■3/4 cup reduced fat sour cream

  • ■1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • ■1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ■1 tsp baking soda
  • ■1 tsp baking powder
  • ■1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 1/2 cups finely shredded unpeeled zucchini
  • ■1/2 cup finely shredded carrot
  • INSTRUCTIONS
