1. Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 12 cup bundt pan using butter and flour or Baker's Joy and set aside
- 1 can pineapple rings with juice
- 1 box (18oz) yellow cake mix
- 12 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup of pecans halves
- 1 jar maraschino cherries
Quaker Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

- 4 tblsp margarine, softened
- 3 tblsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup egg substitute or 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
- 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate
- 1 teas vanilla
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teas baking soda
- 1/2 teas ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teas salt
- 1 1/2 cups quaker oats
- 1/3 cup raisins, chopped
Strawberry or Blueberry Buttermilk Sherbet

1. Process strawberries in a food processor or blender 30 seconds or until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides
- For Blueberry:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup nonfat buttermilk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pumpkin Pie Croissant

- TOPPING:
- 2 tubes crescent roll dough
- 1/2 block of cream cheese
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

- 6 (1oz) squares bittersweet chocolate, chopped

- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teas vanilla extract
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teas salt
- 1 (8oz) pkg toffee bits
- 1/2 cup hot caramel ice cream topping (smucker's)
Ba-Ba Banana Bread

1. Preheat the oven to 350
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 teas baking powder
- 1/2 teas baking soda
- 1/2 teas salt
- 3/4 teas cinnamon
- 1/4 teas nutmeg
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 very ripe bananas, coarsely mashed with a fork
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1 tblsp vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 teas pure vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup chopped walnuts
Neely's Barbecue Sauce

Combine all of the ingredients in a large pot or a dutch oven
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teas freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 teas onion powder
- 1 1/2 teas dry mustard powder
- 2 tblsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tblsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tblsp light corn syrup
- 1 tblsp barbecue seasoning
