Heavenly Gingerbread Men

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar together until fluffy
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup molasses
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 5 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- Gingerbread Man shaped cookie cutter
Pear Strawberry Salsa with Feta Cheese

In a large bowl, mix the first 7 ingredients
- 2 ripe pears, diced into 1/4-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons jalapeno, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 baguette French bread cut in 1/4-inch thick slices, brushed with olive oil and toasted
Easy Asian Cabbage and Chicken Salad
