- CHURRO TOPPING:
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups warm milk
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 shakes cinnamon +
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup cinnamon
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken - WW

Weight Watcher Plus - 4
- 2 lbs. (32 oz.) chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup salsa, homemade or purchased
- 1 cup petite diced canned tomatoes (choose low-sodium)
- 2 tbsp. taco seasoning
- 1 cup onions, diced fine
- 1/2 cup celery diced fine
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded (you can leave these out if you are concerned about the carbs)
- 3 tbsp. sour cream, reduced fat (can use regular sour cream if you like)
Raspberry Ripple Cake

1. For Raspberry Ripple Cake, preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Raspberry Ripple Cake:
- Non-stick spray
- 1 package white cake mix
- 1 1/4 cups white cranberry juice
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 egg whites
- 6 Tbsp. red raspberry preserves
- 1/4 tsp. raspberry extract
- 1/8 tsp. red food coloring
- Vanilla Icing:
- 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 5 Tbsp. whipping cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Raspberry Glaze:
- 1/4 cup red raspberry preserves
- 1 1/2 tsp. white cranberry juice

- For the crust:
- 1 1/4 cups ground gingersnaps
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- salt
- 4 Tbs. unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled

- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
- pinch of ground cloves
- 1/2 cup sugar
- salt
- 4 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 1/4 cup solid-packed pumpkin
- 1 Tbs. unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream, whisked to medium peaks
- Garnish: Fresh ground nutmeg

- 7 ounces all-purpose flour, approximately 1 1/2 cups
- 1 3/4 ounces sugar, approximately 3 tablespoons
- 1.5 ounces cocoa powder, approximately 1/2 cup
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 whole eggs, beaten
- 2 ounces unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 16 ounces buttermilk, room temperature
- 4 ounces chocolate chips, approximately 3/4 cup
- Vegetable spray, for waffle iron

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray or line with a silicone baking mat
- 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese (from 8-oz container)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 to 2 teaspoons red pepper sauce
- 1/4 cup finely shredded mild Cheddar cheese (1 oz)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions (2 medium)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup Progresso® garlic herb bread crumbs
- 3 cans (6 oz each) white crabmeat, well drained
- 1 can (11 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated original breadsticks
