- 3 skinless boneless chicken breasts, trimmed and cut in half lengthwise

- 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 8 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup cream sherry
- 1 can (18 oz) Progresso™ creamy mushroom soup
- 6 slices Muenster cheese
- 3 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Grilled Corn Salad with Avocado & Tomato

- 4 cups half-and-half
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 8 oz (3 cups) shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 8 oz (3 cups) shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Whole Wheat Gingerbread Pancakes

- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- 3 Tablespoons unsulphured molasses (the strength of your molasses will determine the intensity of the gingerbread flavor—lighter molasses imparts less flavor, whereas blackstrap can be pretty intense)
