Baked Ziti with Sausage

- 12 ounces uncooked ziti pasta
- 4 ounces pancetta or bacon, diced
- 1 large onion, chopped

- 1 (28-oz.) can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup firmly packed torn fresh basil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Pecan Pie Bars

1. Prepare Crust: Preheat oven to 350°
- CRUST
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup chopped toasted pecans
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup butter, cubed
- Vegetable cooking spray
- FILLING
- 3/4 cup cane syrup
- 1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons heavy cream
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups coarsely chopped toasted pecans

- ROLLS:
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 packages dry yeast
- 2 Tbl. sugar
- 3 1/2 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 cup margarine −− melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teas. salt
- 6 cups flour
- CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 teas. vanilla
- 3 cups confectioner's sugar
- 1 Tbl. milk
Chicken Bog Recipe

Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup chopped yellow onion (from 1 onion)
- 1 cup chopped carrots (from about 3 carrots)
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked long-grain white rice
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 (4-inch) piece Parmesan cheese rind
- 4 cups shredded boneless, skinless rotisserie chicken (about 1 rotisserie chicken)
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 ounces Parmesan cheese, shaved (about 1/3 cup)

- •1 3/4 pounds green beans, trimmed
- •1 tablespoon plus 1 1/2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
- •2 large shallots, thinly sliced (1/2 cup)
- •3/4 cup homemade or store-bought low-sodium chicken stock
- •2 teaspoons cornstarch
- •8 ounces cremini mushrooms, trimmed and sliced 1/8 inch thick
- •1/3 cup 2 percent Greek yogurt
- •Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper

- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 shallot minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup lemon juice fresh

- 1/4 cup capers rinsed

- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup shredded coconut, loosely packed
- 1/2 cup toasted wheat germ

- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
