- 1 bag (5 oz) mixed spring greens
- 1/2 cup shaved Asiago cheese
- 1 medium ripe pear, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cashew halves and pieces
Tribeca Grill Butternut Squash and Apple Soup with Chestnut Cream

- 2 medium butternut squash
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
