The cheese should be cold, so it can be sliced; the glaze will warm it when poured on top
- 1 8-ounce wheel Camembert or Brie cheese, cold
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 large Bosc pear, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch dice
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary, plus more for garnish
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 8 walnut halves
Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole Recipe

- 1 * 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular, 98% Fat Free or Healthy Request®)
- 1 1/3 * 1 1/3 cups water
- 3/4 * 3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 * 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 4 * 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast half (about 1 pound)
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
