Crunchy Apple Pie Bars

Line an 8" square baking pan with parchment
- For the crust and topping:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter,melted
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 and 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- For the filling:
- 2 apples, washed, peeled, cored and sliced thinly ( I used gala)
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
Pineapple Blueberry Margarita

Instructions Place all ingredients in bender and blend until desired consistency
- 1.5 oz tequila
- 3/4 c margarita mix
- 3/4 c frozen blueberries
- 1 c frozen pineapple
- 1/2 c ice
- lime slice (optional)

Limoncello and Prosecco Cooler w/ Raspberry Ice Cubs

Preparation Put your glasses in the freezer if possible, or at least the fridge so that they are cold
- Fresh raspberries (approximately 5 per cocktail)
- A couple of sprigs of mint
- 4 oz cold sparkling wine or lemon flavored sparkling mineral water
- 2 oz Limoncello liqueur, cold (I keep mine in the freezer; it doesn't freeze because of the alcohol content)

Instructions Heat the oil in a large skillet
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined, uncooked
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
- Juice of 1/2 lemon, approx. 1Tablespoon
- Parsley, for garnish
- 8 oz pasta of choice, cooked
