- 32 strawberries (2 lbs) hulled
- 2 tbsps Mazola Corn Oil
- 2 tbsps honey
- For the Cream:
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 tbsps granulated sugar
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- For the Glaze:
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup blueberries, thawed if frozen
Spicy Chicken Sausage with White Bean Beer Chili

Directions Add the sausage to a large pot or Dutch oven over medium high heat
- 1 lbs spicy chicken sausages, raw, removed from casing
- 1 white onion chopped
- 1 jalapeno chopped
- 12 oz pale ale
- 2 cup chicken broth
- 4 (15 oz) cans Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- salt and pepper to taste

- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

Creamy Crock Pot Fiesta Chicken

Add beans, corn, garlic, cumin and half of your salsa in the bottom of your crock-pot and mix to combine
- 1 15oz. can black beans, drained
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1 jar of your favorite salsa, divided (anywhere from 16-24 oz will work fine!)
- 4 large chicken breasts (or 8 breast tenders)
- 1 8oz package cream cheese, cubed
- Shredded cheese and green onions to garnish (optional)

- 6 mini peanut butter cups
- 6 malt balls
- 1 cup Red Frosting, recipe follows
- 6 chocolate sandwich cookies with top cookies removed
- 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons whole milk
- Red food coloring, as needed
