This has always been one of the kid's favorites!

  • 6 small to medium artichokes (if you buy large ones, couples can share)
  • 1 1/2 cups Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2-3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 T. garlic salt
  • olive oil
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • The amounts are just approximate, you might have to make more stuffing depending on how big your artichokes are.
