- 1 pound crabmeat, picked free of shells
- 1/3 cup crushed crackers (recommended: Ritz)
- 3 green onions (green and white parts), finely chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash cayenne pepper
- Flour, for dusting
- 1/2 cup peanut oil
- Favorite dipping sauce, for serving
Cranberry sauce

- 2 Apples

- 1 Lemon

In a medium bowl, whisk together all the marinade ingredients
- Marinade:
- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 limes, juiced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

- 1 3/4 cups warm water
- 1 pkg active dry yeast
- 1 T sugar
- 5 cups flour, plus additional for kneading
- 1 T. kosher salt, plus coarse salt sea salt for sprinkling
- 1 c. EVOO, divided
Ham and Cheese Sliders

Mix together mayo and miracle whip
- Poppy seed sauce:
- 24 Hawaiian rolls
- 24 slices of ham
- 24 small slices of swiss cheese
- 1/3 c. mayo
- 1/3 c. miracle whip
- 1 T. poppy seeds
- 1 1/2 T. yellow or Dijon mustard
- 1/2 c butter, melted
- 1 T. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire
