- Mix the following in a large bowl:
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tbsp. cocoa
- Make 3 wells and in a small bowl mix and stir:
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- Mix lightly and pour 2 cups water over mixture. Beat.

- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 bottle (12 oz.) Blue Moon Belgian White (Belgium style wheat ale)

- 2 tbsp lemon juice concentrate
- 1 tbsp Cajun spice blend
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
