Parmesan-Pepper Rolls

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1/4 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp coarsely ground pepper
- 1 pack Active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 egg
Julie's Homemade Granola

Preheat oven to 300 degrees
- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup rice crispie cereal
- 1/2 cup Grape Nut cereal
- 1 cup cashew pieces
- 1 cup pecan pieces
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 8 oz package of mixed dried fruit
- 8 oz dried cherries or raisins
Queso Fundido

Bring the wine to a simmer in a double boiler
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/2 pound mozzarella cheese grated
- 1/2 pound Monterey Jack grated
- 1/2 pound goat cheese crumbled
- 2 poblano peppers roasted, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 pound Spanish chorizo grilled, and finely diced
- 6 roasted garlic cloves smashed to a paste
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp With Rosemary And Stilton

Arrange shrimp on baking sheet
- 20 uncooked large shrimp peeled, deveined
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- Freshly-ground black pepper
- Balsamic vinegar
- 10 bacon slices halved crosswise
- Crumbled Stilton cheese (or other blue cheese)
Long Island Iced Tea

* To make sugar syrup, heat 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan until the sugar dissolves
- 6 ice cubes
- 1/2 jigger gin
- 1/2 jigger vodka
- 1/2 jigger white rum
- 1/2 jigger tequila
- 1/2 jigger Cointreau
- 1 jigger fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar syrup*
- Coca Cola
- Lemon slice to decorate
Sausage Cheese Balls

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease bottom and sides of jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 by 10 1/2 by 1 inch
- 3 cups Original Bisquick
- 1 pound uncooked bulk pork sausage
- 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- Barbecue sauce or chili sauce if desired
Sesame Chicken Wings

In a shallow, nonreactive dish, combine the sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and ginger
- 6 to 8 chicken wings - (abt 1 3/4 lbs)
- 2 tablespoons Asian sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 tablespoon finely-chopped fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Stuffed Mushrooms

Wash mushrooms, remove stems
- 2 pounds white mushrooms (medium to large sized)
- 6 garlic cloves minced
- 1 small onion minced
- 3 green onions chopped
- 1/8 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 3 splashes white or red wine - (to 4)
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese - (to 4)
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
- Pan spray as needed
Tomato, Mozzarella And Basil Bruschetta

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1 can whole tomatoes - (32 oz) drained
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 4 tbs extra-virgin olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves peeled
- Kosher salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
- 2 large French baquettes sliced 1" thick (abt 36 slices)
- 1 1/2 pounds fresh mozzarella cheese sliced 1/4" thick
Citrus Salad With Ginger Yogurt

Break grapefruit and tangerines into sections
- 1 pink grapefruit peeled
- 2 large tangerines or Minneolas peeled
- 3 navel oranges
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 container Greek yogurt - (16 or 17.6 oz)
- 2/3 cup minced crystallized ginger
- 1/4 cup golden brown sugar
- Additional dried cranberries
