Mix all ingredients until well combined

  • 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen spinach, thawed & well-drained
  • 2 small onions, very finely chopped (I use a food processor)
  • 2 1/4 c. stuffing with herbs (Pepperidge Farm)
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper

  • 2 large, thick fleshed red bell peppers
  • 36 thick asparagus spears (about 1 ½ pounds), all as close to the same size as possible
  • ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground white pepper
  • 6 tablespoons balsamic glaze (see Note) or a balsamic-based vinaigrette

My own recipe

  • 2.5 lbs beef stew meat, cut in 1.5" cubes
  • 1/3 c flour
  • 1/3 c salad oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 5 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp worcestershire
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 5 medium potatoes, cut in chunks
  • 1 16 oz bag carrots, cut in chunks
  • 1 10 oz pkg frozen peas
