In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, fry bacon until crispy
- 6 slices bacon, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large head of cauliflower, chopped
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
- 2-3 tbsp. water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped chives
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

- Nonstick cooking spray, for greasing the pan

- 1/2 cup of finely chopped onions
- 4 cloves of garlic crushed
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
- 4 cups of canned tomatoes undrained or 1 can 2Lb, 3oz Italian style tomatoes
- 2 cans 6 oz size of tomato paste
