- Pastry for 9-inch two crust pie
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup plum juice (reserved from draining plums)
- 3 1/2 cups plums, canned in syrup and drained
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine, optional

- 1 pound skinless salmon fillet, cut up
- 1 1/2 cups cornflakes
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 4 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 orange, peeled and diced
Tofu "Turkey" with Stuffing

Mash tofu or mix well with hands
- "Turkey":
- 5 pounds of firm tofu
- 1 pound of tofu for the "drumsticks," optional
- Stuffing:
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 1 1/3 cups celery, diced (about 4 stalks)
- 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup sage (may use 1/8 cup)
- 2 tsp marjoram
- 2 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp winter or summer savory
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 2 tsp celery seed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari
- 3 cups Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing
- Basting Mixture:
- 1/2 cup toasted sesame oil
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup soy sauce or tamari
- 2 tbsp miso
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp mustard of choice
