California Granola

Heat oven to 325 F. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except raisins; mix well
- 2 1/4 cups quick or old-fashioned oats, uncooked
- 1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk
- 1/2 cup sunflower nuts
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup wheat germ or unprocessed bran
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup raisins
Fat Free Fruit Ice

Place strawberries in blender or food processor container fitted with steel blade; cover
- 4 cups (about 2 pints) strawberry halves
- 7 ounce jar marshmallow creme
- 1 tbsp lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel
Doughnut Glaze

For a special touch, use food coloring to tint this glaze, which dries with that classic glazed doughnut crackle
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar
Zucchini-Tomato Strata

Combine cheeses, oregano, basil and garlic
- 3 oz cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp chopped fresh oregano or 1/4 tsp dried
- 1/2 tsp chopped fresh basil or 1/4 tsp dried
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 medium zucchini, cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 1/4 tsp pepper, divided
- 2 medium tomatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 1 slice whole wheat bread, made into crumbs
Nussecken (Nut Triangles)

- For the base:
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Sugar (see note)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup, plus 1 tbsp butter
- For the topping:
- 1 jar apricot jam
- 3/4 cup, plus 2 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Sugar
- 14 ounces ground hazelnuts
- For the glaze:
- Melted dark chocolate

- Vanilla bean

Easy Jam

- 1 small pkg berry-flavored no sugar gelatin
Fruity Fruit Sorbet

Time-Saving Tip: Start with partially thawed frozen fruit so that you can eat your sorbet immediately
- 1/2 cup strawberries, halved
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp Stevia Plus (optional to taste if fruit is not sweet enough)
Cranberry Squares with Brandied Cranberry Sauce
