Good with Buttermilk-Whole Wheat Quick Bread (recipe in collection)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup safflower oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp finely chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
- Dash of pepper
- Dash of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, optional

Tip: To soften cream cheese, microwave in a bowl on medium (50%) for 2 minutes

- 1 (10-ounce) package sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

- 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

In large bowl combine all ingredients for dressing
- Salad:
- 4 cups (3 to 4 large) shredded carrots
- 2 cups grated zucchini
- 2 tsp brown or white sugar
- 1 tsp chopped fresh or dried parsley

- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
