Margarita Chicken Wings

Place the chicken wings in a resealable plastic bag
- 2 pounds chicken wings, tips removed and wings split
- 1 cup sliver tequila
- 1 teaspoon grated lime zest (from 2 limes) plus 6 tablespoons lime juice (from 4 limes)
- 1 teaspoon grated orange zest (from 1 orange) plus 1/2 cup orange juice (from 1 orange)
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 1/8 teaspoon smoke paprika picante
- Kosher salt
- Nonstick cooking spray
Orzo Salad

In a large saucepan over medium heat, add the stock, cover and bring to a boil
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 1/2 cups dry orzo
- One 15-ounce can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 1/2 cups (about 25) grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup pitted and halved kalamata olives
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Handful of fresh mint, torn
Sweet Potato Pie - Easy

Miss all ingredients and pour into 2 unbaked pie crusts
- 3 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
- 5 eggs
- 2 cup ssugar
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 t vanilla or lemon extract
Ranch Pizza Pie

Line 2 baking sheets with parchment
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium red bell peppers, finely diced
- 2 medium yellow bell peppers, finely diced
- 2 pounds loose breakfast sausage
- All-purpose flour, for dusting
- Two 17.3-ounce packages frozen puff pastry, thawed

- 12 ounces fresh blackberries

Baked Bean Dip

Heat a Dutch oven over medium heat; line a plate with a paper towel
- 8 slices thick-cut bacon, chopped
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 1 teaspoon chile paste, such as sriracha
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Two 16-ounce cans pinto beans, drained
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Cheddar
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- Butter crackers, such as Ritz, or tortilla chips, for serving
Sonoran Style Hot Dog

Wrap each dog evenly in 1 slice of bacon
- 8 large hot dogs, preferably 6 to 1s (6 hot dogs to a pound)
- 8 thin slices bacon, such as Oscar Mayer
- 4 tablespoons salted butter, at room temperature
- 8 fresh bolillo rolls, each sliced into a "pocket" to catch all the fillings (see Cook's Note)
- 1 cup refried beans, warmed
- 2 avocados, diced
- 2 firm, ripe Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 cup pickled jalapenos, drained
