Raspberry Almond Muffins

Instructions Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 tsp pure almond extract
- 3 eggs, whisked
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup raw honey
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Banana Almond Pancakes

Instructions Mash bananas in a bowl
- 2 bananas
- 2 egg
- 1 Tbs coconut flour
- 1-2 Tbs almond butter
- fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup nuts of choice (walnuts, macadamia, almonds are good), chopped
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- Dash of sea salt (optional)
Peppermint Bark

- 2 Cups White Chocolate Chips
- 24 Peppermint Candies
Churro Waffles

Instructions Place almond flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a bowl and whisk together
- 1.5 cups almond meal/flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup canned coconut milk
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons grass fed butter, melted (or coconut oil if you don’t do butter)
- 1/4-1/3 cup coconut sugar
Candy Cane Oreo Cookie Balls

Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until well blended
- 6 OZ Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 Pkg (13oz) Oreo Mini Candy Cane Cookies, finely crushed
- 4 Pkg (4oz each) semi sweet baking chocolate, melted
Oatmeal Scotchies

Directions PREHEAT oven to 375° F
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or grated peel of 1 orange
- 3 cups quick or old-fashioned oats
- 1 2/3 cups (11-oz. pkg.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Butterscotch Flavored Morsels
Crockpot Oatmeal

Grease the inside of Crockpot
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon butter - melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup finely chopped apple
- 1/2 cup raisins and/or dates
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or almonds
Chipotle Lime Salmon

Instructions Preheat oven to 350℉
- 1 lb salmon fillets, skinless
- 1-2 Tbs olive oil, coconut oil, or bacon grease
- 2-3 limes (1 per salmon fillet), cut in half
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp ground chipotle
Tyler Florence Mojito

In a saucepan over medium heat, add sugar and water
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Mint Leaves
- 2 Limes Zested
- 1/2 Cup Light Rum
- Ice
Lemon Bisque

1. Dissolve sugar and gelatin in boiling water in bowl
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 (3oz) package lemon-flavored gelatin
- 1 Cup boiling water
- 1 TBS grated lemon zest plus 1/4 cup juice (2 lemons)
- 8 Whole graham crackers, ground (1 cup)
- 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk, chilled
