In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- FROSTING:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3-1/2 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups (16 ounces) sour cream
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2-1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1 to 2 tablespoons milk

In a large bowl, cream the shortening, cream cheese and sugar
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 package (3 ounces) PHILADELPHIA® Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Food coloring, optional
- Nonpareils and colored sugar, optional
Strawberry & Blue Cheese Bruschetta

Grilled Chicken Breasts with Cucumber-Peach Salsa

- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/3 cup peach preserves
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves or 1 teaspoon dried mint flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped red onion
- 1 peach or nectarine, peeled, chopped (3/4 cup)
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lb)
Moist Chocolate Zucchini Bread (nut free)

- 1 ripe papaya, peeled, halved and seeded
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 12 fresh raspberries
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
- 2 thin slices peeled fresh ginger (1/4 inch)
- 2 cups fresh tangerine juice (from 6-7 tangerines) or orange-tangerine juice
- 6 ice cubes
- Honey to taste (optional)
- 2 bottles (750-mL) Champagne or sparkling wine

- 6 garlic cloves
- 8 1/2 ounces orange marmalade

- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 orange, zested
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
