Peanut Butter-Chocolate Pie

Make the crust: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, plus more for the pie plate
- 9 whole graham crackers (1 sleeve), roughly broken
- 1/4 cup cocktail peanuts
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup cold heavy cream
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter (not natural)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- Shaved chocolate, for topping

In a small bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- ICING:
- 7 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar

- 2 Cups sugar
- 1 C Shortening
- 6 Ripe Bananas

Paleo Lemon Poppyseed Waffles

Instructions Turn on your waffle maker
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 4 eggs, whisked
- 2 lemons, juiced
- zest of 1/2 lemon, or whole, whatever you see fit
- 1-2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds, or however much opium you want
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
Baked Ziti

Boil pasta until slightly firm
- 1 Box Ziti Pasta (or any kind)
- Salt
- 1 Lb Fresh Mozzarella (1/2 cut into cubes, other half sliced)
- 3/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (divided)
- 1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
- Quick Tomato Sauce
- Quick Tomato Sauce
- 2 Tbs Olive Oil
- 1 Lb Sausage
- 1/4 Med Onion Diced
- 3 Cloves Garlic Chopped
- 3.5 Cups Whole Tomatoes (28 oz)
- Thyme
- Basil
- 2 Tsp Salt

- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 package (8 ounces) PHILADELPHIA® Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons grated orange peel
- 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup finely chopped blanched almonds
- 5 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup finely chopped blanched almonds
Brown Sugar Rubbed Chicken

- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts with Rib Meat (2.5 lb. bag) or 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs (2.5 lb. bag)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Paleo Snickerdoodles

In a food processor, combine the almond flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon Pulse in the shortening and honey
- 2 cups blanched almond flour
- 1/8 teaspoon celtic sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup vegan shortening (I use Spectrum shortening)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar for dipping
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon for dipping
Grain Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat 350 Combine all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in a food processor and process until smooth
- 1 1/4 cups canned chickpeas, well rinsed and patted dry
- 2 Tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 Cup + 2 Tbs natural peanut butter
- 1/4 Cup Honey (or agave)
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
