Macaroni and Cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 4 cups dried macaroni
- 1 whole egg
- 1/2 stick (4 tablespoons) butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 2 heaping teaspoons dry mustard (more if desired)
- 1 pound sharp Cheddar, grated (not pre-grated cheese), plus more for baking
- Salt
- Seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Optional spices: cayenne pepper, paprika, thyme

- 2 Cans of pizza dough or biscuits
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (or your favorite cheese)
- 2 tablespoons of a really good Italian seasoning or parsley flakes
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 - 8 oz package of pepperoni (we used the turkey)
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- Optional: Add a 1/2 teaspoon of fresh garlic or garlic powder (it's amazing)
Szechwan Crispy Beef

Trim away fat from steak. Slice across the grain into 1/4-inch thick slices
- 1 pound sirloin steak, rinsed and patted dry
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 scallions, white part, thinly sliced lengthwise; greens cut on the diagonal, for garnish
- 1/4 cup stir-fry sauce (recommended: Kikkoman)
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry
- 1 tablespoon Vietnamese chili-garlic sauce
Taco Pie

reheat oven 350F. In a medium sauce pan, melt butter & Add milk, 2 Tbs taco seasoning, mixing well
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 package Taco Bell seasoning mix (Copycat recipe on Budget101)
- 2 1/2 cups mashed potato flakes (or left over mashed potatoes-omit butter & milk)
- 1 pound ground beef or Turkey
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Sour cream, optional
Spicy Chicken Potstickers

Heat vegetable oil in a small saucepan over medium heat
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, peeled and shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 36 won ton wrappers
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- For the hot chili oil sauce
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup dried red chillies, crushed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Marinate the chicken with adobo and let sit for a minimum of 10 minutes
- 6-7 Bone in chicken thighs or drumsticks (Skinless)
- 1 small can Peas and Carrots 8.5oz
- 1 can corn
- 1 -2 ham (jamon) Bullions
- 1 tsp sofrito
- 3 tbsp or extra virgin olive oil
- 1 packet of sazon
- 1 can 14oz of Swanson chicken broth
- 3 small potatoes cut in small pieces
- 1 cup of water for every 1 ham bullion
- 2 cups of white rice

Buffalo Chicken Cups
- 12 oz of chicken (diced or shredded)
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce (Frank's is the brand I like)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles

- Sugar Cookie dough (you can cheat and buy the refrigerated kind to skip making your own) But here is the most basic recipe there is:
- 2 3/4 2 3/4 3/4 C. AP Flour
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 TSP Baking Powder
- 1 1 1 TSP. Baking Soda
- 1 1 1 C. Butter, softened
- 1 1 1 egg
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 C. Sugar
- 1 1 1 TSP. Vanilla
- 1 1/4 pkg Cream Cheese, room temp, 1/4 C. Marshmallow Fluff

Chicken Cordon Bleu

- 4 chicken breasts skinless and boneless
- 4 thin slices prosciutto di Parma
- 1/2 pound Gruyere, grated
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves only
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and finely minced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 eggs
